Welcome to the 8-Week Reset: Your Blueprint to Health by Fortitude Wellness. By purchasing and participating in this program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Program Description & Delivery
The 8-Week Reset is a 8 week coaching program delivered through:
A mobile app
Email communication
Live Zoom coaching sessions
Access to the app and program materials will be provided via a link sent to the email address used at checkout after purchase. The next program runs from January 12 through March 8, 2026.
This program provides fitness, nutrition, and wellness education for informational purposes only and is not intended to replace medical advice from your healthcare provider.
2. Payment & No Refund Policy
The 8-Week Reset is a one-time payment of $97 USD.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Due to the digital nature of the program and access to materials, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including missed sessions or early withdrawal from the program.
3. Content & Program Updates
Fortitude Wellness reserves the right to modify, replace, or update program content, schedules, coaching calls, workouts, or resources at any time to enhance the participant experience. This may include adjustments to live session times, app features, or materials provided.
4. User Responsibility & Medical Disclaimer
You are solely responsible for your participation and use of the program. Always consult a licensed medical professional before beginning any fitness, nutrition, or wellness program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, injuries, or are pregnant.
By participating, you acknowledge that all physical activity carries inherent risk and that you voluntarily assume full responsibility for your health and safety.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including workouts, videos, guides, coaching materials, and written resources provided as part of the 8-Week Reset are the intellectual property of Fortitude Wellness and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.
6. Account & Access
Program access is for individual use only and may not be shared. Fortitude Wellness reserves the right to suspend or revoke access without refund if account sharing, misuse, or violation of these terms is detected.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fortitude Wellness, its owners, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur directly or indirectly through participation in the 8-Week Reset Program or use of any related materials, app, or live sessions.
