A personalized training program designed around your goals, schedule, and fitness level. You’ll receive a custom training plan through an app, along with access to a library of healthy recipes and ongoing coaching support, including 1 month of coaching calls, to keep you consistent and progressing. Your program is adjusted as needed based on your results, so you always have a clear and effective path forward.


Personal Training (In-Person)

$750.00 every 3 months

A coaching experience designed to help you gain clarity, strengthen your mindset, and follow through on what matters. You’ll receive ongoing support along with two coaching calls per month to stay aligned, work through challenges, and keep moving forward.

I’m Kate, a certified health coach and personal trainer with over a decade of experience helping clients transform their bodies and renew their minds.

I believe true transformation happens from the inside out, and that our wellbeing is shaped by the health of our body, mind, and spirit. I believe that understanding who we are in Christ is essential for aligning our priorities and boundaries so we can steward both our minds and bodies well.

I help you reach your goals through accountability, structured workouts, nutrition guidance, and mindset coaching, building the discipline needed to move forward with clarity and consistency, whether your goal is weight loss, strength, or better stress management.

With a master’s degree in psychology and over 13 years in the fitness and wellness industry, I don’t just give you a plan, I help you understand the mindset and structure it takes to create lasting change.

Outside of coaching, I love staying active at the gym, traveling, being involved in my local church & ministry, and spending time with my family and friends.
